We want everyone to be able to use this Site, hear Katie, and book a call with us, whatever device or assistive technology they use. Plain English on purpose.

What this statement covers

This Site, our demonstration sites at demo.pgmagency.ai, and our video library at vsl.pgmagency.ai. One statement, one standard, one place to tell us when something is in your way.

The standard we build to

We build the Site to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. That means, among other things: text and buttons with enough contrast to read, a page you can move through with a keyboard alone, a visible focus ring on every link and button, headings in order, a skip link to the content, descriptions on graphics, and captions shown on screen in our videos. We check the Site against these rules whenever we change it.

What works today

Every page can be read with a screen reader and used with a keyboard. Links say where they go and tell you when they open a new tab. The videos carry captions on screen. Motion is reduced for visitors whose system asks for less motion. Katie's phone number is written out on every page, so you can call her from any phone rather than relying on a link.

The parts we do not control

Two things on the Site come from the company whose system we run on: the chat bubble in the corner and the booking calendar on the booking page. We cannot change how they work with a keyboard or a screen reader. If either one does not work for you, call Katie at 667 200 1077 and ask for a person, and we will book the time for you ourselves.
